Livestock Farm

2013 Three replacement farm buildings Following a recent instruction David negotiated the replacement of  a number of small stores which were in poor condition with a modern portal framed workshop and adjoining lean-to. Permission obtained without objection despite a listed house in close proximity.  Also amendments to the sheep yard roof were sought to ease the construction process. In the same application a new livestock building was passed to replace an elderly cubicle building which will be undertaken within the next few years.  Clearly the use of the single application fee, negotiating various plots on one site visit made best use of the planning officers time and made Davids input extremely good value in this particular scenario. APPROVED with conditions 2013

New farm buildings : Full application for new roofs to cover existing silage clamp, cattle feeding area and sheep handling yards. This is in preparation for application to various pollution prevention grant schemes. Full and efficient use of planning fee for all three buildings to utilise the maximum 465 square metres allowance. APPROVED with conditions February 2012

New General Purpose Store Application by Agricultural Determination for general purpose store for storage of machinery, fertiliser, feed and produce. Permission obtained without objection despite a listed house in close proximity. Approved without conditions 2008:

David got 3 applications for the price of 1. It saved us money and now we can apply for our grants
