2009: Application for change of use to redundant buildings for parts storage, replacement new build workshop and adjoining new building for farm machinery storage. Importantly gaining the approval of highways officer for the increase in business use of the existing access without improvement.

2009/10 Advertising Consent Application for business signage on the roadside to better enable deliveries and customer access. Dealt with senior planning managers concerns and pursued suitable alternative revised plans to gain approval.
2010 Application for change of three remaining bays of the new farm building to provide additional workshop space and storage. Dealing with objections, securing local parish council support and gaining approval at full committee meeting.
